Now snow at the moment last fall was last December, the garden in the flat I live is covered in rubbish from the high winds we had a few weeks ago, the maintanace man has not been to clear it will send some photos later.

Weekend Experiment - Feeder Cam - Day 2

 

Sunday proved to be a slightly brighter day. Still no sunshine, but at least it didn't pour down non-stop!

 

The better weather obviously meant more visits to the feeders. Here's a quick clip.

 

 

 

I haven't had a chance to look at the footage collected today. If there's anything interesting I'll share it with you…

Weekend Experiment - Bird Feeder Cam

The Live Cams on the Wildlife Whisperer website are proving very popular, especially as we are getting closer to the new breeding season for garden birds. Several of the boxes are used for roosting every night and are regularly visited during the day. As I type (8.52am) I'm watching a mouse feasting on sunflower hearts that have fallen from the feeder hanging above!

New Camera Traps ready for test.

It's taken a while but our samples of two new Camera Traps have arrived.

Initial tests look promising! Full report to follow and if they live up to expectations they will be available to purchase from the AWFN online store very soon.
