Welcome to
a live webstream of our swifts, nesting in the roof of our house
called "Swift Half" in southern
England. Since 24th
April we have had a lone swift roosting - but now,
since the evening of Wednesday 5th May, there have been a pair
of swifts nesting in front of the
webcam! Generally
there is a bird (or two) in front of the camera all night, and if
eggs are laid and hatch, activity will be constant during the day
too. My wife and I hope you enjoy our beautiful swifts
as much as we
do.
Final blog post NOW on my Talk Wildlife Blog. Thanks to Jason for putting my webcam on this site. Sorry for the cmputer problems - find out all you want to know on my blog here. Ta. TBR
Apologies to anyone trying to view this stream over the past 8 days. Our computer blew up 8 days ago and we have spent all week fixing it. The camera won't be back online now (no point - more when I get to post a blog update).
Apologies again. TBR
