Glad you had some fledge, lost all my Blue Tits about 7days before they should have fledged, when it was colder and wet, but am having more luck with Starlings, 1st brood of 4 fledged 11 days ago, another Starling now sitting on 4 eggs in same box, and had more hatch today in another box.
Glad you are looking forward to doing it again next year.
