Can anybody help me identify this bird of prey?. I took this photo along by Tar steps on Exmoor. Just wondering if it is Goshawk?

At first glance I would say a kestrel
Definitely 100% Kestrel (Falco tinnunculus) but can't make out head colouring to distinguish if male or female.
thanks
thank-you
Thanks for the links, Kestrel it is!
no problem Jonathan
Hi I would say it`s a male as it looks like it has a grey head.

I would agree that it,s a Kestrel Jonathan, probably a male as it looks to have the blue/grey head. Bet there's some wonderful bird/wildlife to be seen on exmoor.
