Hi Sharon- i have seen a Black Panther twice in different areas of Wales- certainly no domestic/feral cat but no photo evidence(always too shocked!).

Looks like a domestic cat sitting up on wall/fence (body doesn't look big enough for a big cat) but difficult to tell clearly from the photo:)

Cat not sitting on fence or anything else it is beside the 3ft bight fence, there were also large prints at the time too
