Best bird feeder, Squirrel proof.

In my works garden,on Tuesday l put four fat balls in a feeder. l watched a Squirrel take every single one !! He managed to simply brake chucks off as the feeders spaces are quite wide. l have just bought another one with smaller spaces....(hee hee)

Can anyone recommend a feeder that l can hang from a tree that l can put fat balls in ?

This feeder attracted a wintering Blackcap this week (big grin)

Hi Melanie.

The best feeder I find to hang on a tree and hopefully keep Squirrels off ! hangs on a wire and if Squirrels climb down the wire a tube goes over the feeder, you can get them for bird seed and peanuts but I don't know if you can get one for fat balls.
